Warranty Policy

EPIX LIMITED. products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a specific period from the date of shipment, and this period varies by product. In most cases, the warranty period is two years. During the warranty period, EPIX LIMITED, at its option, repair or replace products that prove to be defective. Repairs are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or a 90 day extended warranty, whichever is longer. Contact EPIX LIMITED. for the warranty period specific to the product purchased. 

For equipment under warranty, the owner is responsible for freight to EPIX LIMITED and all related customs, taxes, tariffs, insurance, etc. EPIX LIMITED. is responsible for the freight charges only for return of the equipment from the factory to the owner. EPIX LIMITED. will return the equipment by the same method (i.e., Air, Express, Surface) as the equipment was sent to EPIX LIMITED

All equipment returned for warranty repair must have a valid RMA number issued prior  to return and be marked clearly on the return packaging. SHOPWISE strongly  recommends all equipment be returned in its original packaging.
